Baby Nursery Decorating

By Angie Atkins

Baby nursery decorating has come a long way from what it used to be. Today there are nursery decorations in just about every color of the rainbow. From the pale green to the bright and bold blues, the limit of your imagination is the only stopping point. Some parents want their baby rooms to look like little gardens or maybe like a construction site. Themed baby nursery rooms are getting more and more popular. Who would not like to wake up in cloud of butterflies and flowers? Well okay maybe not for a boy but then we have sports and the great outdoors.

Not only can you do the walls and ceilings there are furniture and accessories to go along with the themes. You don’t have to spend the babies collage fund on there first room just use some of the things you already have. If you do not have any thing to use try yard sales or antique stores. There are so many different ideas that you can come up with just on the furniture end. You can paint it or you may just need to add some new handles to make the old things look new again. So the only thing holding you back is just you. Just make sure what ever you use on the things in the nursery that the paints and any other stuff if safe for the baby.

I have even seen where some people have taken the little white picket fences and add that to the walls. Also they have taken fake flowers and made it look like a little garden. Then they have added birds painted on the walls to add some more eye candy for the babies. So as you can tell just about any thing you have around the house you can turn it into a fairy land for you new addition.
